Returns
If the wallet isn't right, we'll take it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund of the wallet price - long enough to actually carry it and be sure.
Carrying it is the point, so natural wear is expected and fine. We only ask that it comes back undamaged - a wallet that's been cut, torn, stained, or deliberately ruined we can't refund.
How to Return
Email us at hello@troisleathers.com with your order details. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by you.
Once we receive the wallet, we will refund the wallet price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
