Returns
If the wallet isn't right, we'll take it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return it, free of charge - long enough to actually carry it and be sure.
Carrying it is the point, so natural wear is expected and fine. We only ask that it comes back undamaged - a wallet that's been cut, torn, stained, or deliberately ruined we can't refund.
The Guarantee
Beyond the trial, we stand behind the craft for two years. If the leather cracks or a stitch gives under normal use, we'll repair or replace the wallet - just write to us.
How to Return
Email us at hello@troisleathers.com with your order details. We will send a prepaid return label.
Once we receive the wallet, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
